Vitalise has been presented in 3 different phases for construction logistics. The location and orientation of each individual villa has been studied to maximize views and privacy.

Phase 1 will have 43 independent supervised villas, complying with accessibility regulations, and providing a smart home service to maximize the function of a bioclimatic home.
